I'd hear the rumble of the start up run in the hall followed by the ominous silence which was her flying through the air to take a short cut across the bed to the window. Unfortunately the landing area on the bed was me and a delicate part of my anatomy. I (usually) managed to protect myself... Thanks to Cthulu she's grown out of it. :-)

So, my tuxedo boy (Preacher) who lives with my ex.. when I go over there 3 days a week to feed him his dinner (ex is taking his dad to dialysis), we have to separate his food out to two portions and moisten it because he's an inhale-feeder and will hork it all right back out if he eats his full portion at a time (and yes, we even have a slow feeder, lol.) I give him half of his food and wait 10ish minutes to make sure he isn't going to regurgitate it all back out, all the while he is screaming at me to give him his second portion XD After a few, I'll give him his second half and wait another 10ish minutes. Sometimes he'll scream at me when he's done with the second half as if he thinks he can trick me into giving him his second portion... again XD No thirdsies, Preacher!

General PSA: turmeric isn't highly toxic to cats, but in large doses (such as a cat licking vast amounts of it off of its fur...) it can cause diarrhea, vomiting, or liver issues. Best to not coat your entire cat in turmeric XD
