The company looked closer into foods that contain traces of alcohol to determine exactly how many portions one person must eat before they are over the limit. They include:

The spelling mistakes rather let things down here, that along with 5.5 servings of Christmas cake which is heavy as hell, 58 packets of cocktail olives and 850 chocolate liqueurs.... You'd have collapsed from the sugar overload and be in a coma in hospital LONG before the alcohol got you... 😒😆

Agreed, but it still is something to be mindful of particularly people in recovery and those of us who are not beyond eating an entire dish of sweets....

Show the math or it's all bull s**t. Most of the alcohol in food is boiled off while it's cooked/baked. For a 160pound person, you need to ingest over 4 ounces of 80 proof alcohol to be legally impaired, unless you soak a pound cake in that much alcohol, you're pretty safe.

Here's the math from NY State. The idea that all the alcohol burns off is a myth as tested by the US department of agriculture. https://www.oasas.ny.gov/admed/fyi/fyi-cooking.cfm. It's fascinating!

If this is supposed to be a campaign against drunk driving it fails miserably. Noone in his right mind would eat or drink the amounts of any product mentioned here. And if someone was dumb enough to drink one and a half bottle of Hot Sauce or eat 58 packets of cocktail olives they would be too sick to even think about driving a car.
