Monica Bellucci
Still stunning. I always thought that she is one of the most beautiful women in the world.

Some celebrities embrace change and experiment with new looks, while others opt for a more natural approach and embrace their aging process. Regardless of the reason behind the transformation, the results can often be striking and have a lasting impact on their fans and the entertainment industry as a whole.

I realised by looking at these how little I like 'hollywood' noses. People lose character when they all end up with the same features.
Load More Replies...Alot of nose jobs, fair play to Owen Wilson his nose probley made him a bigger stand out star
So quite a lot of these have had nose jobs. Be proud of your nose! What has your nose ever done to you?
That is one surgery I understand. I have what is called a "roman nose". It never bothered me, even the worst bullies in school never mention my nose. ONE single person, which I barely knew and didn't not matter to me, made a comment about how big my nose was and since I've been self conscious about it, even though no one else ever said anything and I've modeled for a big brand (for a very short time, by my choice). It's been well over 30 years. Famous people are constantly under scrutiny so it's probably a looooooot of pressure to look "perfect"
Load More Replies...The comments under some of the pictures are unnecessary. People age, end of story.
Hey. People can do what they want to their bodies. I don't think all those noses are nose jobs (certainly many are). I've seen the power of contour. It's the Skeleton look of buccal fat removal that is a no go for me. But again, their bodies, they get to play
Why do we have to pick on peoples personal chooses. If they want to get nose surgery got point it out. Like sometimes it can be to a very exaggerated point but if they want to do that don't judge them.
This just made me realize there are so many s****y people in the world who love coming on these posts just to make rude comments about a person's looks. Why the F does anyone care what they look like or whether or not they've had work done? If your first instinct it to insult these photos, you're a s****y person. Deal with it.
It’s not about aging well. I think it’s also about them now wearing “Hollywood faces”. So much make up and nose jobs. Most of these people aren’t about aging well. They just got older and as far as I’m concerned, most of them just look harder. You want aging well, look at people who have actually aged, and aged well. Meryl Streep. Helen Mirren. Denzel Washington. Jeff Bridges. They’ve actually aged, and they’re doing it very well.
This is largely "two different photos of the same person, with mild time differences between, but nothing that can't be explained by lighting/camera/location changes". Okay not all, but given some of the people they could've chosen if this is a 'point and laugh at cosmetic surgery' list, are missing, and most of the others look the same. Strange list.
Ok, so you took a bunch of still chubby faced teens and showed us their more adult looking faces. SO F*CKING WHAT? I looked a lot different at 16 than I do now (59). And NO, not everyone in Hollywood gets a nose job. Some just learn how to use make-up to their advantage.
Literally they all got uglier. plastic surgery is awful and age is unavoidable.
