50 Times People Took Crafty Ideas To The Next Level, As Shared By This Instagram Account
Interview With ExpertCrafting is big business. The global arts & crafts materials market was valued at $20.96 billion in 2022. And is expected to grow to $30.89 billion by 2030. More than three-quarters of American households have at least one crafty family member who spends an average of 7.5 hours weekly on their hobby. It’s a similar situation in Britain, where around 20% of the population indulge in crafting.
But it turns out there’s more benefit to crafting than just beating boredom - or boosting the economy. Brand new research shows that those who engage in arts and crafts hobbies like knitting, crocheting, painting, and other fun things are actually happier, more positive and more satisfied with their lives.

I think this is unique & lovely. How nice you had a relationship with your stepmom you'd like to cherish! You did her proud. No one else has this!!!

A good tip I read about making [these] homes, is not to drill in the end grain. It cracks easily = not good for the inhabitants. Better drill from the face grain(is that the correct term?). And as deep as possible, preferably more than 5 cm ( ~2"), because of predatory insects laying their eggs in others nests. That said, I have this exact type here, and it works and thrive - but it do crack, and a plus is to protect it against birds, especially wood peckers during winter!
Maybe make a couple alternatives in case they don't do math so well...

I once bought an old chandelier (copper and porcelain with pink roses on it) and replaced the plastic electric candles with gold painted solar lights. So now we got a very fancy and cute outdoor chandelier in one of our trees.
Would love to see a picture of that! Perhaps you could write an article here explaining the steps and showing us how well it turned out?
