It's not that hard. Pretty basic. More protein, veggies, fruit and less sugar and carbs. Carry snacks (coconut, bars, almonds or fruit) with you so you won't cheat with fast food.

It's much easier for men. You just have to put in some effort. Not all that hard. I work out 2-3 days a week, and able to maintain pretty decently just with that 3-10 hours per week. Doesn't take time away from my niece. I work out when she's not with me.

Absolutely fantastic project! Great use of space, it makes so much sense that a dog has his own space in a house, after all they are members of the family too, and they have junk that needs putting somewhere so why not in their own room? Btw her new room is cozier than mine, lol.

exactly my reaction. I saw that two of those dogs are not being cared for properly regarding the overweight condition. I wish I could tell them they are harming their dogs and their health. Make decisions to have a pet by all means but care for them properly. If you don't know how ask a vet. They are trained to give the best results for healthy pets.

Yeah, right, because somehow in the last 30 years our genetics did a sudden jump to “naturally morbidly fat“. Not possible. Yes, there are pre-existing conditions which make losing weight almost impossible. But those are rare. And yes, there are people that may be slightly overweight by nature and genetics. But overweight and obese are two different things.
