I’m a victim of racism, also white as a sheet. I lived in. Brazil for a while and I was continually physically and verbally attacked, harassed, bullied, and objectified just because I’m light-skinned. And I’ll say, it is the exact same thing as being racist towards black people. If you judge someone for the color of their skin, you’re racist, no if ands or buts.

The fact that OP might not have given any thought to the fact they they were planning on staying AFTER finally getting pregnant, the fact that OP doesn't seem to be very much into kids or what they entail and those thoughts JUST crossed his mind, the fact that OP is the homeowner and if he decided after one week of a crying newborn he no longer wanted them there he'd be right to give them just 30 days to vacate. All of that makes him not an AH because his brother and SIL clearly got way to comfortable with his kindness. All they seem to care about is what they want and that's a lot for people living in someone else's home!
