This is actually OK because we get to charge whatever is written in the total line. It do have to do 3 seconds of math but if you're not good with numbers- Leaving cash is always best because we don't have to take credit card fees out of our tips.

So about 1/3rd of the Boomers I know are takign Covid extremely seriously and the other 2/3rds are being idiots about it and the difference is their Primary News Source. The third taking it seriously get news a variety of reptuable sources, the others are watching FOX or getting their news off sketch youtube conspiracy chanels. The GOOD news is that Boomer Media Managment does work- Millenial friends that have parent-control blocked FOX or gone through thier parent's youtube accounts to block every conspiracy chanel have seen thier parents seriously recover from The Idiocy. Perhaps they were so worried about D&D and Videogames and Violence on television because they knew how influenced they were by Media and thought everyone was like that?

I believe they mean "I, personally, would rather die in that situation than go through the pain of resucitation and/or traumatize the ER staff" In hopsitals it's assumed you are to be resuscitated, unless you have a specific document (A Do Not Resuscitate Order) that expressly states you don't want to be brought back. Depending on your state, they can be very difficult to get. My grandmother had one after two decades bed-bound with congestive heart failure they kept bringing her back from. There was no way for her health to improve, ans she was miserable. It took a visit from a psychologist, testimony from her nurses and doctor writing all about her condition to prove she really did want to just go whenever the lord came for her.
