because unlike a lot of other countries, they aren't paid a wage. I mean if in the UK for example (not sure where you're from but that's where I live) do you think employers would pay their employees minimum wage (which is crap anyway) if they weren't forced to? No.. A lot of employers would be greedy and give them far less, which is where tipping would come in

He had an overbite and the rescue centre believed that he was bred to become a stud and that he was abandoned because of the overbite.
