This is the story that inspired Jungyun Yoon to make ‘Inner message’, a ring with hidden letters on the inside.

{More»}We have already featured some beautiful cut-away leaf art by Lorenzo Duran before, and now I came a cross a very similar ad campaign by Legas Delaney for Plant for the Planet. The aim of the campaign was to show leaf’s ability to absorb CO2. At first I thought the idea of leaf cutting was borrowed from Duran, however after looking at the credits I realized that the artist was actually working on this campaign.

For those thinking it’s fake, DYAC explains: “Autocorrect behaves differently on everyone’s phone, and it “learns” words based on things you have typed in the past. If you can’t reproduce it on your phone after numerous tries, it doesn’t mean it is fake.”
Jon Hendren is re-tweeting all the ridiculous complaints made by people who didn’t get what they wanted for Christmas. He used Twitter search strings like: ”not getting,” “iPod,” “iPhone,” “iPad,” or “Car” which return all these horrible comments about Christmas and the worst parents in the world. I really hope these people are kidding.

While it might not sound too complicated, she is unbelievably accurate – it seems that she just found some old and young look-alikes and shot two pictures on the same day.
They say you are what you eat, and it’s especially true with the translucent ants. Scientist Mohamed Babu from Mysore, India, placed specially colored sugar drops in his garden to attract the weird insects his wife found near the house sipping the spilled milk.
If you saw some people flying over New Your City lately, don’t worry, you are not crazy! To promote their new movie Chronicle, 20th Century Fox hired viral marketing agency Thinkmodo which flew three human shaped RC planes around Manhattan creating the illusion of people flying. I’m not sure how the people of NYC who saw the flying people actually felt, but judging from the video, it must have been pretty awesome. What do you think?
