People Are Standing Up For Johnny Depp With These 40 Memes While Others Disagree

People care because this situation stands for something bigger. A problem that men deal with more often than people think. Yeah women get abused, and there is no justifacation that can make any of that right. But the only stories you hear about are women. Men get abused too. Domestic abuse can be physical or emotional. In this case there is HARD evidence that it's both. People are standing up to this because they care, not only about Johnney Depp, but also about the larger picture that this situation paints. We don't know the full story, but so far we know ENOUGH to know that something is wrong. Symbolism is everything. People want this story to end happily. Maybe other men out there will see this and think there might be a happy end to their story. And if you don't want to "pick sides", thats fine too. No one can force you to care about this stiuation. Just standing up to abusers and supporting the victims though, can mean the WORLD to someone.

I read a lot of unrespectful comment here. I'm not even american so I don't care so much about who will win. But do you all really think that 67 million of people are dumb and racist just because have different opinions? Some of them could be so, sure. But the same could be find in the Biden supporters. I don't see the reason to be so closed minded and ignorant to judge this people so easily. We all have been "brainwashed" from some sort of propaganda and sometimes the only thing to do is to choose the "least worst". Thank you for replying to Pam’s comment! We didn’t “find” more ballots. We simply hadn’t counted them yet. It’s because they counted the day of election votes first and the mail in/ absentee second. Of course every country has its flaws, I am not denying that but most other countries don't claim to be the best in the world. Well not that I have ever heard. A lot of the biggest issues in the US are not as prevalent in most western countries, like health care, workers rights, gun control, education, mental health and more.

@Leo Domitrix. I know, that's why I said "I think they do deserve the title 'Racist'". I think you were missing the exact point I was making and jumping to conclusions based on your anger, and rightly so it seems in your case. It looks to me that you were there in CV, that's deep and jarring and probably left some scars and i'm sorry. What I was merely stating is that people INSTANTLY jumped on the narrative that the Proud Boys were racist without doing any research, that's why I popped all of their bullshit here, for the people that didn't want to find it themselves. On the SURFACE (as i said many times) they hold values that are apparently not in line with that statement, HOWEVER, actions speak louder than words. I learned that in Charlottesville, they aligned themselves with the Klan and other right-wing hate groups, that would be classed as aligning with hate and being racist. There is an interview with a member called 'Bobby Pickles' - if memory serves - he works in a shop that prints T-Shirts, he says explicitly "we're not racist" whilst selling these same shirts with captions like "Speak English". Lastly, I didn't say they were Anti-Racist, I said they were THEIR WORDS, doesn't mean i agree that they stand by that tenet, which they don't. I said I would need to do some more digging and I did. Perhaps i'm not the most articulate and choose poor wording but don't get me wrong, I condemn these people! Just thought some would be interested in what they CLAIM to stand for in nature, in their own words. You can clearly see by their actions that these claims are untrue. I'd be happy to speak with you and alter my opening statement to better reflect what I was trying to establish.

Cont..... Reinstating a Spirit of Western Chauvinism - Oxford Def of Chauvinist: a person displaying aggressive or exaggerated patriotism. Wiki says: Chauvinism is the irrational belief in the superiority or dominance of one's own group or people, who are seen as strong and virtuous, while others are considered weak or unworthy.[1] It can be described as a form of extreme patriotism and nationalism, a fervent faith in national excellence and glory. In their statement they say "We do not discriminate based upon race or sexual orientation\preference" then later on down the line, we get "We truly believe that the West is the Best". I have recently been on The Proud Boys Website and here are their 'Tenets' and my views on them for those who care about some random's opinions or those who have decided to believe what they read without doing their own research. FYI - I am an Objective, Pan Sexual, Non-Binary 'Leftie' (if I HAVE to be labelled **eye roll) whos whole life motto is 'Don't be a d**k'. If these guys are truly not racist, we will be able to see that in their tenets or actions, not just because the media says so. Use your own minds, people...take a look and form your OWN opinion. I feel the same way about my mother. She has always been unkind to me. No child should have to endure their parent's inadequacy to raise their children and put them in situations that cause harm, but there you go, some people are awful. The thing that hurts the most is now I am an adult, able to stick up for myself and confront her when she acts like her own version of a petulant child, she has never claimed responsibility, nor apologised for her actions and always plays the victim. She asked me to sing at her funeral, I said yes to appease her......I'm not even sure i'll attend.
