What?! Absolutely not. Water spray, especially warm water is a GREAT deal more hygienic than using paper to smear pôôp around your bum. To use your logic, that's why we wash our hands with water instead of rubbing the dirt around with dry paper. I'd much rather clean up ANY mess with water rather than paper. You are VERY incorrect

Thank you for the advice! I didn't realize I should be sharpening that often. I've honestly never bothered looking it up on google or anything. I sharpen them probably once every 6 weeks or so. I'll use the electric sharpener and the knife will still barely cut tomatoes and I'm just like, 'whyyyy?!' I've seen people using those stones before but didn't realize they made a bigger difference. Thanks again ;)

I can't afford really nice knives so I usually just buy a 20-30 dollar chef's knife from Walmart or Target. They're usually fine for a few weeks and then they just get so dull. Even with a sharpener, though, they never get sharp enough. I bought an electric sharpener hoping it would help but I'll literally be sharpening it for 10 minutes and it's still kind of dull. I don't know enough about knives to know if they just never really get sharp or not because of their shoddy make. I'd be willing to invest in better knives but I'm worried I'm going to end up with the same problem in a few months where no matter how much I sharpen them they remain kind of dull. And now I'm out a few hundred dollars.

and when parboiled give them a nice shake up to get some fluffy edges that'll crisp up nicely once roasted.

Physics does disagree with you. Humans use evaporative cooling. That means you will sweat but if the air is not saturated with water, it will help you cool more effectively. That's the part where fans come into play big time. With the air moving around, you will cool well - you might even cool well enough that you won't feel sweaty because the sweat will straight up evaporate before it accumulates on your skin.

A fan will help cool at over 40 because it is not the cool air, but the evaporation of sweat, provided the air is dry enough. That said, no, it will not replace AC at that temperature, but it will help make it more efficient.
