Jessica.... Do you have an apartment, house, rv, home of any sort? Do you hear birds and insects around that home? You know why? Because you're home is made from the trees that don't belong to you and on land that was theirs long before you were there. That's taking something that's not yours and making huge impacts on white ecosystems of creatures so shut up about taking things that aren't yours.

Listen Linda before calling out Bullshit. Like you said they will start producing less/ no milk right before having another calf by your own words. Therefore it is still counter intuitive to keep breeding them over and over again which is the point I was making to everyone saying they were being bred over and over again. Because pregnancy also changes up the milk being produced at least with dairy goats that I raised and the cross information into dairy cows. My point was too clear the misconception that PETA and other groups put out there that these people think is just horrible. Because despite me thinking it's not right to view cows and money not lives that's the overall truth so dairy farmers don't want to harm their cows it's bad for the bottom line.

For everyone for everyone being shitty about him mentioning it that is very delayed and could have been signs of other things that needed to be checked out. Like yea some kids just develop slower but if your kid isn't really talking at all that late there's an issue and they need to be assessed. The casual way y'all are saying this stuff and excusing it is why some kids never get diagnosed with their learning disabilities therefore never getting the help they need and struggle through school and adolescence.

Have worked at vets we don't check every new patient for a chip so no it wouldn't be found the first vet visit. The only times we check for a chip is if were asked to check, we know the dog was found, or it matches the description of a missing dog in the area but the last one is really rare. That's why it's really important to let vets in the area know and I registered with AKC reunite because they have a single registration fee ($35) for the entire life and an extra $5 you can report your dog missing and it sends a flyer of your missing pet to all animal establishments in a certain radius. What's more important is checking the surroundings before letting your dog out, repairing broken fences, and not leaving a dog in a questionable space unattended for long periods of time. It's common sense that if you wouldn't leave your toddler outside unattended for hours on end don't leave your pretty out like that either

What natural habitat!? Most of the species they have are endangered because of humans interfering with their habitats. Almost every animal they have captive were either born in captivity as a conservation effort to quit least preserve the species from going extinct or they were injured, rescued and not fit to be released back to wild. And the animals they do encounter in the wild they are able to get a lot of information by getting hands on and that research has given priceless information on how to better preserve their entire species. Less than 5 minutes of interaction with a human that will not kill them can potentially end up saving hundreds more like them. I wish people would do more research before forming such strong opinions on things because they also fail to realize that this family still lives in a normal kinda run down house despite the game because their profits all go right back into conservation. Sometimes it takes a very small amount of discomfort for a much larger pay

They don't produce milk because they are pregnant or really whole they're pregnant just like any animal milk only starts coming in very shortly before the baby is born then after the baby is born as long as they are milked basically. They can eventually dry up despite being milked but it's less common therefore they are usually bred once while they are about 2 years old them milked until they stop producing. It's actually counter intuitive to breed them since they can't be milked while pregnant. It's still not a great system I agree it would be better if they left calves with they mother until proper time to wean but if you're going to have such a strong opinion on something at least be educated on that thing and take the time to get unbiased information instead of just biased crap spit out by PETA and other groups known for editing and twisting things to their message.

Actually it can also be important for cats who don't groom themselves properly weather young cats that never picked it up, old cats that aren't grooming anymore or overweight cats that can't get everywhere. Cats naturally produce lots of oils it keeps them semi waterproof and their grooming is to help spread that oil so of the cat doesn't groom it can cause skin problems and shedding fur to get stuck so for an indoor cat that is not grooming it is actually important to their health our they can develop horrible skin infections. So no the reason cat only growers don't exist is more because people don't realize that and don't utilize it, cats are very uncooperative and often times the stress of grooming is dangerous if the cat is not sedated (which requires a vet), and most groomers are still allergic to cats can can't take grooming ONLY cats... Just so ya know

And yes wool CAN be a cruel industry but generally is not. So the message her should be to look into the source of your wool and get products from farmers that treat their animals right

We have to shave the fur from my cat in the summer. It's not as important as you think. Her fur is so long and thick she overheats in the summer and it's obvious she struggles. When we shave her she becomes much more lively and friendly (and looks like a lion lol). It's not like they're wild cats with no way to protect themselves from frostbite, especially in June... I just feel like this need to be said because this post is hilarious and y'all are worrying way to much -_-
