Loved this post and every picture in it and don't want to ruin the vibe but I always marvel at the logistics of building a place like this in a place like that. Moving tons of material, coordinating labor, etc. No computers or power equipment. Almost magical.

Unless OP's taking about already cleaned meat, I feel this could differ. Where I live, we buy meat directly from the market, so the only process that happens there is the meat being cut into what we've told the butcher. We have to come home and clean it, i.e, removing the excess fat, the blood particles, unwanted bits and pieces of bones, etc.

My bestfriend was deprived of such affection and I'm a person who shows affection towards someone I care about. One day while we were talking, he laid his head on my lap, so I naturally ran my fingers through his hair, giving a small massage in between. A few moments later he started crying because he's never felt such affection from his own mother. So every now and then, I do this to him. He says it's the best feeling he has ever gotten.
