People Are Pointing Out That The Lack Of Sick Days For US Employees Could Make The Spread Of Coronavirus Accelerate

Yep I have had jobs where sick days were offered but if you used it on a day where too many others were already off (planned or not) you got written up. The excuse? The sick days can be scheduled in cases of doc appts or whatnot , but using it when your actually sick ? yeah youre gonna get points for that.

Great that the dog is now safe, however the shelter, before making this go viral (or even sharing it publicly at all) should have really thought about the safety of the mom and boy. If the father sees this, and recognises the dog and the realises then story is about him and his own family it will have terrible consequences. The shelter really should have thought a bit more about the circumstances and not so much about online attention.
