This one is actually meant to be worn as a scarf. I've seen variations on this theme from a lot of places over the years, even have something like it - very practical when it's -20C and the wind is sucking the life out of you. Not one teeny draft makes it down your neck.

Maybe, but it's still weird. There doesn't seem to be a part that lifts up for the other side, and as far as I'm aware, most breastfeeding mothers alternate sides. Also, the hole seems photoshopped because it goes through the back, and this seems like it would be pretty tacky for a backless dress, especially since you can see the back neckline.
