Not me, but the insurance agency I worked for. We got this strange claim about children that were hurt in a frontal collision while the parents filed no claim for themselves. The collision was against a wall. A few things in their account of the accident didn't check out so the comp agent tasked an investigator. Investigator found out the parents sat their two children in the backseat with fastened seatbelts, then put a rock on the accelerator pedal to crash the car in the wall and get compensated for their children's injuries. Needless to say, while we did pay for the children's care, parents got no penny and ended having to deal with CPS.

Coolest-People-In-History
Alan Turing, a mathematician who saved 2 million lives in WWII just by doing math.
Coolest-People-In-History
Janusz Korczak. He was a military doctor during WW1, a completely committed amazing pedagogue and the headmaster of a Jewish children’s home during WW2 in the Warsaw Ghetto. He was given several chances to flee to Palestine. Instead electing to stay with the children. Eventually he accompanied them all the way into the gas chamber, to make sure they didn’t have to die alone and scared. It’s one level of bad-a**ery to [take out] for your cause. It’s a whole different level of bad-assery to walk towards certain death for several years, endure hardship and starvation. Not for some grand cause. Not even to trade your life for someone elses. But only because you feel so much love towards your fellow man, to think it’s your duty to make sure they won’t have to die alone.

Interesting-Customers-Secrets
Here's some Domino's secrets. First off, if you don't tip the drivers, they memorize your address and they don't want to take your orders. If you do tip, they'll give you extra toppings, sauces and all that. If you get [bad] food it's because the pizza is put on a scale and you're only allowed to put a certain amount of cheese and toppings on it. If a manager or the owner sees that you're overtopping, you will get talked to. Their marinara sauce is just a concentrate mixed with water and you just stir it in a big tub. The vegetables and meats all come in bags, some are fresh and some come canned. They don't always wear gloves when they're putting your vegetables in tubs. They have this thing called the food pit of toppings that fall below the pizza. They make workers pick that pit and put those toppings back in their container. That's why there's cross-contamination and you'll find random [things] in your pizza. The thin crust comes in a plastic.Show All 17 Upvotes
