100% BS. First: A plugged exhaust won't prevent the car from "starting ever again". Even a perfect seal will just make the engine run rough for a while and then turn off when the backpressure prevents oxygen from entering the cylinders. Second: It will "solve itself" pretty quickly by blowing a gasket or a section of pipe in the exhaust system, since the pressures in play can become significant. Third: Even the sh*ttiest amateur mehanic checking the OBD interface or seeing the engine turning off will immediately diagnose a malfunctioning exhaust, disconnect the terminal and see the car runs fine. This is idiotic fantasy writing from some dumb kid.
