I get what you mean, but calling overweight people beautiful / ugly has not got to do with increasing obese people, it's mostly the lifestyle. 1) people with mental health issues who cannot afford health care (haha America /s) resort to coping mechanisms and one of them is food. 2) people who don't earn enough money go for the cheapest options, which are mostly fast food places, unfortunately. 3) the time needed for exercise, the money needed to buy healthier options while grocery shopping may not even be affordable by these people, time and money is a privilege rich people get. And I know some people just don't want to lose weight lol As an overweight person, I've been struggling for almost a decade to lose weight but my health conditions + the money it'll cost me to get help professionally is just NOT letting me do it.( I'm not defending all obese people, just saying that a lot of overweight people aren't really fat by choice)
