It looks like a Mikvah place. Where strict Jewish women have the traditional bath that cleanses them after their periods. It's not a home. They use tubs you stand in so you can dunk yourself the right amount of times and say your prayer.

It's also used for other ritual cleansing things, not just for women after their cycles. But that is one of the most common uses. This wouldn't be big enough for that, though. Not deep enough to dunk in.

I looked up one of the other ones I saw in person at the Alexis Park Resort in Las Vegas, and it turns out, this picture is one of the ones at the Alexis Park Resort. You can stay there and enjoy this lovely staircase hot tub.
