Myself intentionally avoid staring at ladies' breast or bottoms but unless I go blind -or maybe really old- I still notice them and honestly sometimes it's really hard to turn away my gaze. It's much much harder than you probably think. For teenagers or young adults when they are full of hormones and in their prime to create heathy children IT IS incredibly hard. Of course, it's not an excuse to be unrespectful or act violently. Men -and women- have to learn to control their behavior, but to expect young boys to stay completely ignorant to young ladies around is delusional. Developed female breasts and bottoms are signals to the world the lady is biological ready to bear children and form lasting bonds supported by sexual relation. It's likely not even so long ago boys and girls of their age would have been already parents.
