I don't understand why people will comment on a successful restaurant and critique the flavor or type of food it serves. If someone doesn't like Indian food, don't go to an Indian restaurant, if someone doesn't like barbecue, don't go to a barbecue place. This isn't difficult, if you have a complaint about a restaurant it should be about service, health concerns, or even pricing.
