Coming from someone who has lost over 100lbs, and kept it off for years. You can do it, progress is slow, its mighty hard sometimes, sometimes you will faulter, you will put on a few pounds sometimes, you will break down and have a terrible weekend of eating. BUT YOU CAN DO IT

I am not convinced that people are designed to be together for long periods of time. I kind of think all relationships have a natural expiration date. My husband doesn't believe in monogamy and I don't believe in long term. We are pretty open about how skeptical we are about long term relationships and we have been together for 12 years. We still really love one another and plan to be together until the end, but relationships change and conversations about those changes are incredibly difficult. I don't think people are really prepared for how to be in relationships. Even if you are, they are still really complex and you just never know.

This whole logic of "Let me come to your house" baffles me. I am a man and I don't EVEN want to meet strangers at my residence or work place OR their residence or work. This kind of meeting should always be conducted in well lit, well populated area during day. I'd even suggest places that have CCTVs.

Australian cats are coming from a different very localized breed, which originally didn't respond to catnip. They haven't been mixed with other races, like European or other cats do. Therefor most cats in Australia, the ones which are coming from that breed, aren't responding to catnip. Of course there are cats in Australia which do, those which have been imported.
