The Bus Is Full And Multiple People Asked Her To Make Room And She Refused Because She Doesn’t Feel Safe Sitting Next To Other People

Downtown Nashville there were two bachelorette parties in the same bar that was on the smaller side compared to others. Both brides were blonde Barbies and wearing next to nothing as was their wedding parties. Both parties were dancing in front of the stage and one of the bridesmaids from party A fell into the bride of party B. Next thing you know, the bride of party B smacks the girl who bumped into her face across the face and throws her drink on her. Next thing you know there is a full on donnybrook going on with 12 to 14 girls fighting in front of the stage complete with hair pulling, slapping, hitting, tops getting torn off, drinks getting thrown as well as shoes. The bouncer was doing the best he can but couldn't control the chaos and most of the patrons made their way away from the mess. Two members of the band stopped playing and tried to break it up. It took a while but things died down but the best part was that the lead guitarist just kept playing and whipped up Van Halen's "Eruption" while the fight was happening.Show All 5 Upvotes

When my daughter’s high school student leadership (of which she was a part - freshman class president) decided to stage a walkout to demand action on school shootings, some of her friends told her they wanted to participate but their teachers were saying they would not be allowed to leave the classroom. She asked if they meant they would face suspension or other discipline? Her friends answered “no our teacher said we wouldn’t be allowed to leave no matter what.” My daughter said “that’s not okay, you aren’t a prisoner, if you want to leave and are willing to accept the consequences, the teacher cant lock you in." Then she said that anyone who wanted to participate but needed moral support should message her and she would personally come to their classroom and get them. She collected several kids who were too afraid to defy the teacher and walk out, but who wanted to join the protest. We had had many a long discussion about civil disobedience in our home on various occasions, and she was fully informed and prepared to take responsibility. I was so proud of her I was fit to burst. martin734 • is following a person
