I think it's mostly about both partners caring. Part of what makes it good for me is making sure the other person "arrives" so that's a win win. For the physical it is both attraction and practical. I'm less about the physical attraction because I'm drawn to intelligence and kindness. Sort of a sapiosexual I guess but i don't know if there is a word for the kindness attraction. But I know someone where physical size was an issue. Husband was long and as he lost weight was effectively longer (less fat stopping things) so sex became painful when he started hitting her cervix and they had to be careful / choose positions. I am literally average according to science so that has rarely been a problem for me. Except now I'm just an old fat guy with a cat so most of what I'm saying is memories and not day to day life. lol (WHY DOES BP MAKE ME EDIT IN A TANK WINDOW? SO ANNOYING HAHA

Also depends on the size of the woman. There is a very old (semi raunchy) navy joke where a sailor is trying to get laid in Japan and his friends tell him to say the phrase, "Ichiban.. Lame joke but the point being some countries tend to have smaller women who prefer a more modest size to a baseball bat. In my experience though, attention / caring / effort are a lot more important than size.

Most women's idea of bad sex is painful sex; a too-small shaft may be less satisfying, but a too-big one hurts, so if you're not average you may actually be better off being a bit small. All that said, size usually isn't a dealbreaker by itself because the VJ has some adaptive capability.

I had one roommate who couldn't cook, so he always ate bread for dinner. My brother came over and I had just cooked a whole pan of macaroni, but my brother wanted to go to the cafetaria and eat fries. So I asked that guy if he wanted the macaroni. He was so grateful. Poor guy was hungry as a wolf. Whenever someone whines that my food is not good enough, I think of him.

I worked vitamins/supplements (retail) in a grocery store for nearly 3 years. SUCH a disheartening, soul-sucking job... my dept manager kept berating me for not pushing supplements onto people. I'm science-minded, so I did a lot of research and reading about our products, and found out that, for example, "keto" supplements are total B.S. and you should NOT even be putting your body into ketosis. And MCT oil isn't going to blast away body fat. And collagen powder won't stop your hair loss. And liquid bentonite clay isn't going to "detox" you. And taking activated charcoal capsules won't "detox" you either. I hated lying to customers, so I wouldn't. Customers loved me because I was kind and honest, but my manager HATED me, and I was mysteriously "let go" without cause. Honestly, working retail supplements is almost as bad as MLM... I just got paid a lot less as I was just making minimum hourly wage :p
