Unpopular opinion but nurses. There is a lot, A LOT, of toxic abusive high-school girl drama type behavior among nurses. It's such an important job and about half the people doing it shouldn't be responsible for a yogurt, let alone a human being's life. I've seen some s**t, man.

The sad part is that most of the reason why we don't see this anymore is built on false fears. It started when the news went to 24/7 broadcasting and needed something to fill the time. Every missing child became national news, not local. If a child went missing in Boca Raton people in Seattle freaked out. And then, when the missing kid turned out to be spending the weekend with a friend but didn't tell his parents we never heard about it. So people went into panic mode. Then we got the whole "recovered memory" c**p which turned out to be a load of nonsense but put more fear into people. So now we have whole generations that have been raised on irrational fear who think kids playing in their own yard are in danger.

Feels like the newer seasons (last 10 years or so) try too hard to make a plot based on current trends.

I'm blaming nobody. Obviously, a small business or individual agreeing to collaborations feels they might get something of value going ahead with it, although I've yet to see anyone come back and say "Yes, I got 1000s in new business through that collab, glad I did it" But the very few people who agree to these collabs means that an awful lot of others are having to cope with choosing beggars and deal with increasingly entitled, insulting and even aggressive demands. I include unpaid internships in this too-obviously some people are happy to apply for unpaid internships, enough to make it worth the company's while to continue to advertise them. Everybody deserves fair pay for the work they do, and influencers and others should be ashamed of demanding freebies, it's insulting.

Dexter. Trinity killer season was peak tv…but then Debs finding out about things and somehow allowing it to continue just felt weird. I stopped watching not long after that. Tried rewatching it all more recently and got to the exact same point before giving up for a second time! ha
