German Shepherd Who Struggled For Hours Tied To A Rock In Freezing Water Got Rescued And Found A New Loving Family

We cannot rely on Karma, it is too slow, therefore does not help future victims at all. Please join and support reputable non-profit organizations which specialize in legal defense of animals. There must be much harsher penalties for those who torture and murder animals - that would also curb crimes against humans as these are undoubtedly linked.
