As a millennial I see boomers and gen x doing things confidently in real life and I’m like HOW??! Then I see gen z doing things confidently on the internet and I’m like HOW????!!!! 😂

There are two ways to deal with SAD: either fight it with a therapy light, daily exercise, avoid the carb foods, start indoor hobbies. Or give into it and accept it as a normal part of being human and just sleep 20 hours of the day. It is more like hibernation than depression.

At age 11, you are excited to connect with humans. By age 33, you have had your life's fill of humans.
