"If your baby / child cries just ignore it, it's only after attention. It'll soon learn." So many people say this and think it's acceptable. If a baby or child cries you need to see what is wrong, is it hungry or thirsty? Maybe it does just want some attention. What is so wrong with a baby or child wanting attention? Pick that child up and give it a hug for goodness sake. But sometimes the child may be over tired and leaving them in peace is the best thing for the child but don't ignore them, keep an ear open and if their crying changes go and check to make sure everything is ok.

Early 90's in Sweden I learned about "ättestupa" - the viking practice of seniors throwing themselves/being thrown down cliffs when they could no longer sustain themselves/contribute to the commune. They did not.

A lack of habit: not washing/cleaning their phone and phone case.

If someone repeatedly burps out loud on a stream I’m watching I’ll quit. You’d be surprised how many.

Watching tiktoks / videos out loud either in public or even when you’re just hanging out with 1-2 people 🥲 it drives me insane.

American person living in my third world country where people mostly use cash:
"I can't believe the highest banknote is just 25 USD, that's nothing, it's so annoying to need so much cash to pay for things"

Saying this in a country where people back then only made like 200 USD a month sounded extremely rude and stupid.

Talking about people in less developed nations, I hear a lot of rich people say things like "They don't have much, but they're happy." Like they don't want more than they currently have.

A rich girl speaking about her teens, "I was raised very well, I was never spoiled. My dad bought me a Seat car. Which wasn't even a sedan and already 4 years old. I didn't get Mercedes like spoiled kids"

She then stormed off and got mad at us for laughing at this. 🤷🏽‍♂️.
