34 when I had a herniated disc. Unfortunately this was right around the time people started actually paying attention to the opioid crisis so no one would provide me with the pain killers I actually needed. Got an infection after surgery, and am still in some pain years later. That being said my disc wasn't as bad as that one, so silver linings and all that.
