That's actually quite surprising considering the state it's used to be in. Omg Broadmarsh still hsn't been sorted? That's been going on for over a decade now I'm sure of it lmao. That's fair, re: housing shortage. Still It's a dang shame they got rid of the old train tracks lol. I suppose I'm just being nostalgic lol.

Just my opinion so plz don't downvote me if you disagree... But I see pregnancy and childbirth as an amazing thing not a parasitic thing. My body grew another human being and protected it for the 10 months while it grew and then within a matter of hours she was in my arms. Yes it was painful yes it was messy but so damn beautiful and I am just in awe of what the human body can do. When I read this, I knew it was all true but I guess it's a matter of perspective. My body isn't the same as it used to be, but I gained much more than I lost. So I choose to see the sacrifice as worth it. Maybe I took it wrong idk.

The actual story was they were both artists of some description that weren't looking to work, they weren't happy with what they were provided ie; housing, money and the food parcels etc so they moved back to western Ukraine (relatively safe) in a huff.

You wouldn't believe it but meadows is really turning around. Other areas still need improving but on the whole it's improving since I got here, I just hope they sort the broadmarsh saga soon though. Rudd is still lovely tho, times do move on and there is a general shortage of housing in the uk so I guess it's to be expected

Sister is afraid she will spill the beans to the rest of the family and the fiancee. 2. She is a way for sister to displace her own anxiety and negative feelings. Why process them maturely when you can just target someone else and put the blame on them? 3. Sister has dropped lots of people in the past and this is a pattern for her. Oh well. Technically my husband did propose in a public place (a rooftop bar we like) but knew the whole “get down on one knee in public” thing is neither of our styles, so he just kind of discreetly slid the ring across the table and asked if I’d marry him. One day when my kids were babies and I was at my mental end (just a bad day) I put them in their cribs (they couldn't climb out they weren't in any danger) turned the baby monitors on and went and made myself a cup of coffee in peace and quiet. After 20 minutes I felt much better and both of them had calmed down and playing in their cribs with stuffed animals.

I was not allowed to use the money cheat on Sims growing up because that's not how the "real world" works, I used the cheat once and couldn't explain where all the money I had came from so I was grounded and had Sims taken away.

I got pregnant in July 2022. Mind you, this is my third, but it hurts so matter what. But other people deserve their happiness. I remember this post and a similar one originally posted in a Facebook group called 2u2 two under two. Luckily she was told how awful it was and admins had to turn comments off. (For parents that have two kids with less than two year age gap) it was mostly Americans and it was shutdown after some horrible racist argument erupted in it. I left at that point so I can't tell you anymore. Sorry to say this but it re-enforced many of the stereo-types that Europeans have of Americans

Personally I found that weird too. Having a crush on someone older than yourself is normal, but marrying someone is more than a crush it's a (lifelong) commitment. OP has been married and had a child, now he's marrying someone much younger and I can only hope they are both clear about what they want going forward

She's NTA, I have kids and I get they can be very noisy. Three boys three years apart, but I've never let them scream the house down for hours on end. Even if there was a medical issue, I'd be looking for help and support, trying to calm the situation- probably communicating to neighbours that there is an issue and we're trying to find solutions. Absolutely no excuse for excess noise in communal spaces either
