No, not right, wrong, not how that works. What Amber Heard has done is discredit herself through elaboration and lies. She has not discredited any future cases of abuse. She isn't the Supreme Court. She doesnt have the power to change judicial rules. Domestic abuse will happen, and if anything this case has underlined, highlighted, and capitalized on the danger of anything "he said she said" . Also pointed out by this case and all relationships, abuse happens both ways and also in same sex. The evidence is what matters and specific to Amber's case, she isn't allowed to make s**t up and cause her Ex to lose millions in possible income because of a lie. This is a wake up call that our USA hodgepodge of patchwork laws make it too damn difficult to protect our selves from ourselves.

To top it off, some of these decor choices have been around for years, if not decades, but they weren't as popular until now. Even if it is a problem with work, work will find a way to deal with extending a break to walk an elderly dog, ... can stay longer, then ... or arrive earlier, or do a long day once a week, ... anyway, there are ways to deal with this that neither include euthanasia nor s******g indoors, and not even need that much effort.

Real question: how is one legally kept away from a computer in today's society? Computers everywhere, cars, phones, libraries, offices, schools, restaurants (some have iPad things for seating/ordering). How can one make a living without the use of some type of computer? A big part of BPD is being easily emotional by external stimuli and, just like anyone feeling a strong emotion, we can do toxic reactions if not trained properly (through therapy). BPD makes it so that we can feel an emotion WAY stronger than what a situation warrants. The feelings are real, the way one chooses to behave is up to the individual.
