Oh please, you were not paying 50% in taxes here, if you against what I believe is true were, you made a ridiculous good wage and were left with more than enough over for you and several others to live on. Also you absolute butmunch, even if you didn't go to school here or needed medical help you still benefited from our taxes. And on a last point if you don't want to contribute to a decent society maybe stop taking and expecting the benefits of it and just go full Ted Kazynski and build yourself a hut in the wilderness

And though this is the calculation for some with only the income from salary from employment and no deductions, and a Swedish citizen. With the median salary in Sweden of $3300/month (10 SEK = 1 USD for lazy calc, though 10,3 today), that salary would give a tax of 21% (Stockholm) - 24 % (higher taxed municipality). Disclaimer, this is for a Swedish citizen with no other income/deduction than the $3300/month. If it's other for non Swedish citizens worker, I don't know.

I get what your saying but at one time you went to school to people where paying taxes for your food so you could eat at school just like we are now. It how it work I reckon. But I don't think they should even do that if your gonna kids go to school and be super strict yeah it should be free

Have you every been without food like so bad you can feel the emptiness of the end of your belly. And your stomach gets sick cause you haven't eat in so long. You will eat what you can get. And if people would eat human beings when they are starving on mt. everest I'd say a hungry child that is the only meals they get would eat that food like nothing.

I've worked in a few public schools in poor areas in Seoul, this is pretty accurate. Taste though, varies greatly. SK also isn't socialist, not by a long shot. Just has affordable healthcare
