There’s a gay porn ‘actor’ who has his head tattooed to look like he has a shaved head. It helps tht he’s easy on the eye I suppose, and it does work for hi,. I’ve seen him up close and it does look good. This however is an absolute cat crash and he should be taken out of society.

ReverseLazarus shared that she just recently joined the group's mod team, as the subreddit had a significant increase in subscribers a few months ago and was in need of some help moderating. "I mod several other large subreddits, so I volunteered," she explained. "I've been subscribed to this sub for years because I love seeing tattoos of all sorts, especially the ones that give me a good chuckle!"
When it comes to why there are so many unfortunate tattoos out there, the moderator says it can come down to plenty of reasons. "Some people don't want to spend a lot of money, so they turn to scratchers. Others are scratchers themselves and tattoo themselves and their friends for the hell of it," ReverseLazarus shared.

Does no one get the joke? His original tattoo states Crystal, which is faded… so obviously they aren’t together anymore and this was his “cover-up” 😆 and also a second thing.. I work in a pharmacy in the US, we use grams and ounces for majority of things. I’m confused about the bashing on the US. What our country decides is not necessarily our choices. I would love for everyone to be on the same page, but we aren’t. It is okay. We will all live despite the metric system indifference. So please stop with that

Because it is genital mutilation, unless there is a medical reason to do so. It has complications and it has long lasting effects (less sensitivity - less pleasure, to name one). Here in Europe it's not as common as in the US, only for religious reasons. We all hate the female version and think it's barbaric. It is as barbaric on boys. Let them choose when they are 18.

To be real, the male circumcision is not nearly as traumatic and mutilating as the female one which can lead to extreme health issues and life long pain. There have been cases of girls whose period blood collected in their bodies for YEARS because they were basically sown shut down there. Every year girls bleed to death in remote, backwards places that practice FGM. Male circumcision on children should not be legal, but let's not pretend it's the same as FGM.

This is fine. It's a political statement about something done to him that he did not want! I have many friends who are circumcised. Some due to personal choice. Some due to medical need. I personally prefer a circumcised penis but it's not my body and hence my opinion is absolutely irrelevant! The point is if this guy feels mutilated his feelings are mother fookin valid !

For a previous Bored Panda article featuring unfortunate tattoos, we got in touch with Richard Fullam from Tattoo Removal Experts to learn more about what it takes to eliminate a particularly bad tattoo. “To remove a tattoo, you need a course of laser treatments spaced at least 6 weeks apart,” Richard shared. “The pulses of light from the laser shatter the ink into tiny particles, enabling the body’s white blood cells to pick them up and take them to the liver where they are flushed away.”
“The tattoo will gradually fade until, in most instances, it cannot be seen,” the expert explained. “An average tattoo takes around 6-8 treatments to remove. The process is safe, and with the best technology there should be no damage to the skin. It is a bit painful, however, if you can tolerate being tattooed, then the removal process normally is not a problem.”

I’ve seen other examples like this - they’ve shown a photo of an amazing tattoo, done by a really expensive and talented tattooist to a cheap local artist with no ability to draw, let alone get the shading and colours right. i don’t know why they don’t look at examples of their work online and check reviews, but I always am glad that the design they’ve attempted to steal from a talented designer didn’t work out for them.

I don't understand this kind of thing at all. As a multiple tatted person myself, the artist hand draws what you want on a piece of paper first, then transfers that to your body. You see what you're going to get BEFORE it becomes a permanent part of you.

Most likely, I’m older now and mine look like this, it’s one thing to cut, but I try to explain to people who do, when you get better and older, it’s harder to explain the why’s and how’s of scarring, once you’ve healed, it’s a horrid horrid reminder of bad times - if you cut please try to find another way to let that owie out of your system. Besides the showers hurting the cuts, you have to live with that scarring when and if you get better too.

Oh this one gets me in the feels. All those scars.....as a person who self harmed a lot due to trauma and mental health issues it just feels like a punch to the stomach seeing this photo. I hope she's in a much better place. I've been covering my scars with tattoos, can barely see any of them now

For those who cut - I have used this method and have recommended it to others - Get a RED sharpie, draw like you are cutting ( at times i have used a fingernail to get a feeling of pain), as you are "cutting" and crying, start to look at the marks, and see if you can draw something out of them. This has helped me numerous times, and my therapist agrees that it is a healthy way to deal with the cutting urge

My therapist also recommends putting a rubber band on your wrist and pulling on it then releasing it back. When it hits it gives pretty much the same feeling as cutting but doesn't leave permanent marks. Also, I hope you're doing well <3

I think this might be fixable. The eyes need to be darker and have pupils added so they’re not so creepy, one ear made bigger so it looks symmetrical, and more shading and hair effects added. One question though: what is that on the left of his mouth that looks like curled fingers to me?

Not much of a 'stallion'. Where is he hiding his stallion parts? It reminds me of that animated film Cimarron, where they made an entire movie based on the lead horse being a stallion, but he was like a Ken doll with no bits. I couldn't stop laughing at the absurdity of it.

Several issues for me. I thought it read Stalian Stallion at first. Why is the eye situated beneath the ear? Why do the back legs have an outline and the front legs don’t? There are other issues too, but the eye and legs bother me so much they’re all I can see.

Other than the bad font choice, the way the slant/lean changes mid word, and the inability to draw a horse, it's great. The horse is obviously making duck lips for a selfie and got it's head lit on fire. Very creative.

depends, some tattoos are super basic and a lot of people have them, but otherwise, I do indeed think its weird. I also hate when tattoo artists who have done a design on you do the exact same design on someone else. And then claim that they had the right to do that because it's "their art" (despite the fact you were the one who came up with the initial design and had the tattooist tweak it because they can draw better...) and yes, I speak from angry experience.

This isn't the best executed tattoo, but it could have a lot of meaning to the person who got it. The semicolon is usually used to denote someone who survived a suicide attempt. It is a sign of moving onwards and improving one's life for the better. They are usually a lot more discreet.

I lived on an army base for a few months with an in law until we got into a place. Crazy s**t happens there. Everyone was always drunk (soldiers and the wives/mom's) and wife swapping was rampant. When I was a young metal head (13) my Grandad knew I was looking at tattoos and that I wanted one when I turned 18 (legal age for tattooing in the U.K.) and he gave me some good advice. Choose a tattoo you like, draw it on to paper, stick it in your pocket, later my wallet, look at it every now and again over a year, if you still like it after a year then the rest of your life will be fine. I didn’t get my first tattoo until I was 28, ten years over my target and many, many designs. Each time I knew what I didn’t like about what I’d chosen and tried to find a tattoo design that avoided what I’d got wrong. I’ve now got plenty of ‘em and regret none. Still got a collection of images (now on my phone) and I’m still giving them a year. Not impulsive or exciting but his advice was good for me! Thanks Grandad y’ wise old bird 😀🤘

Friend of my Uncle has a tattoo on his @ss of Emler Fudd pointing a gun at his @sshole and saying "Come out of that hole that silly Wabbit!!". Supposedly he lost a bet while he was in the Navy and was only given the choice of where the tattoo would go, not what it would be of. He thought if it was on his @ss no one would see it, so it wouldn't matter what is was and he wouldn't get into any trouble for it. Still not sure who outsmarted who on that one.

Man these tattoos all suck. Of course, in my opinion, 99% of all tattoos suck. And this is especially true on a pretty girl with a gorgeous body. If you are gorgeous, please don't get a tattoo. You don't need it. But if you are a feminist, please get a tattoo on your forehead that says "Feminist" so I know to avoid you. Thanks for your consideration.

It's funny so many "super Christian" people get tattoos to cement their faith.. when their own book (Leviticus 19:28 as I posted under a couple of them) states they are not to mark their skin :)

Moms advice: If you want to make a permanent change to your body, try a temporary one first to see if it looks OK. That is why I don't have tattoos, piercings and I don't wear a hat

Most of these don't fit the title of "should have researched the tattoo artist better." Most of these are just bad choices on the part of the person being tattooed.

Friend of my Uncle has a tattoo on his @ss of Emler Fudd pointing a gun at his @sshole and saying "Come out of that hole that silly Wabbit!!". Supposedly he lost a bet while he was in the Navy and was only given the choice of where the tattoo would go, not what it would be of. He thought if it was on his @ss no one would see it, so it wouldn't matter what is was and he wouldn't get into any trouble for it. Still not sure who outsmarted who on that one.

Man these tattoos all suck. Of course, in my opinion, 99% of all tattoos suck. And this is especially true on a pretty girl with a gorgeous body. If you are gorgeous, please don't get a tattoo. You don't need it. But if you are a feminist, please get a tattoo on your forehead that says "Feminist" so I know to avoid you. Thanks for your consideration.
