Quite a few dogs out there have the power of making even the most tough-looking person go whosagoodboyyesyouare in a high-pitched voice. That’s because they’re just too cute, and there sure are loads of pictures to prove it.
Such images—likely able to melt your heart—are shared by the ‘We Rate Dogs’ X (formerly Twitter) page. Aww one of the most sweet/interesting looks ever. Tentatively hopeful. "I like this but is it really happening"
Holy smokies! Whatta lucky dorgie! I cannot for the life of me remember when I felt like that, and I’m beyond envious. Her owner is awfully lucky, too, getting to see that delight every day! It’d make life worth living!
Most definitely, dogs make every day better, usually, haha except when they play with the fart squirrels in the middle of the night!

I hate people who are like this. (Edit) for clarification I meant I hate people who neglect animals. I don’t mean any harm!
...and is going to live a lot longer and be more comfortable not having all that extra weight
Load More Replies...I´ve always wondered how dogs could put on so much weight. My first dog (aussie) was always very picky with her food, but always ate and stayed a healthy weight. Then I got my second aussie and she is the worst food thief with an iron stomach. Amongst other things she has eaten a whole christmas fruit cake, a whole box of toffee, and two kilos of cat food at one time. We had to change our habits but it´s like she never feels satiated. I think some dogs never feel satiated and are just always hungry. Btw she is a happy, healthy and very fit at 22kg.
For pets I had that never seem to get enough to eat, I try to get them vitamins or get dinovite. That seems to help, cuz sometimes it's the body craving a particular nutrient that isn't in the dry food.
Load More Replies...And this loving caring family had to put her on a diet slowly so not to overwhelm the liver and other organs. Way to go forever family!
Way to go Marshmallow! I am happy you found your forever home with a family that loves and cares for you.
The ‘We Rate Dogs’ page was started back in 2015, and ever since then, Matt has successfully commented on thousands if not millions of good boys’—and girls’—pictures. Over the years, his heartwarming account has amassed more than 9.2 million followers eager to see what adorable critter is going to be rated next.
But that’s not all; Matt is also responsible for another dog-related social media account, ‘Thoughts of Dog’, which allows more than 3.5 million followers to get a glimpse of what’s happening inside the head of man’s best friend.
O how wonderful, I have never seen the film I have heard about but ,I couldn't watch it as it would make me feel very sad
you MUST see it … it’s SO heartwarming (have a huge box of tissues handy!)❤️

Yes, some things they learn very fast. Our little one is getting my slippers, gloves, socks and hats for attention and treats.
Every time our kitten/cats started shredding our rug, I put them on them on their scratching post and gave them a treat. Now, they try to get my attention by ripping up the rug, then run over to the scratching post, make a token scratch attempt... and wait for a treat. We all have been trained.
That's why we don't trade anymore. He would look at us, then at a piece of moss or wood and pick it up as soon as he sees us looking
In addition to all the amusing and heartwarming content Matt provides, he’s also responsible for numerous good deeds related to animal well-being. Owner of an adopted elderly gentleman—a German shepherd named Doug—himself, he’s a huge supporter of campaigns that provide (medical) care to dogs in need.
A few years ago, in 2020, he even launched one himself; known as the ‘15/10 Foundation’, it is dedicated to helping canines in shelters that have behavioral or medical issues. (If you’re wondering what inspired the name for the foundation, you probably already guessed that it’s a dog rating; the highest ever in the history of ‘We Rate Dogs’, as a matter of fact.)
I thought the one to the left was a stuffed sloth or kuala bear toy bought to match the husky and that he always looks like that.
What with the way mud jumps around these days, not unexpected, good dogs
Nope, Bobi the dog was recently awarded the Guinness World Record for longest living dog, he lived for 31 (human) years and 163 days :)

If they did an all dog production of Cats! she would play Grizzabella. :)
The golden hearts of the people behind the ‘15/10 Foundation’ and similar noteworthy initiatives—as well as those who support them—are undoubtedly deserving of a standing ovation, considering the significance of the work that they do.
But even with the support from individuals or animal welfare organizations and foundations, some animal shelters face difficulties trying to keep on running. PBS reports that during the first year or so of the pandemic, as much as one-in-five US households adopted a pet, but unfortunately, many of them are likely to go back as economic hardships hit their owners, which might result in a crisis in regards to capacity.
“There’s no question that pet ownership is getting more and more expensive and some folks on the lower end of the income spectrum are just going to get priced out,” chief credit analyst at LendingTree, Matt Schulz, told PBS.
Why does Rebels lips look like they were outlined, or drawn on? They are so pronounced. Lol Such a sweet 🎂 pic
Rebel has been nipping chocolate milk lol. And he looks very happy, and I am glad Ramsey has a much needed companion.
Poor doggy, he looks so unsure, hope he gains some more confidence with time.
PBS emphasized that in January last year, there were reportedly roughly 60,000 more dogs and 40,000 more cats waiting to be adopted than there were the year before.
More recent statistics, provided by Shelter Animals Count, revealed that over the first six months of 2023, more than 2,000 shelters in the US have taken in over 1.6 million animals, roughly 784,000 of which were strays and 404,000 were relinquished by their owners.
Oh dear we can't have that scoops you up and pours you back into the mold. lol

Data shared by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) revealed that there are roughly 6.3 million companion animals entering animal shelters in the US every year, roughly half of which are dogs. It also pointed out that, back in 2015-2016, roughly 44% of all US households had a dog (35% opted for a cat instead).
As they read, Flora on the left, and Frank on the right🙂

Load More Replies...All dogs hate the cone, mine had bandages wrapped around the stiches, which he tried in vain to chew off.
Ah, my family did this! My dog kept getting past the cone of shame somehow lmao
I bought a suit for my female dog when she was spayed, since the other dog loves to lick her. I worked better than any cone of shame I ever used. I forget the name, but got it at the pet store, something like surgisuit.
Looking at these pictures, it’s clear to see why so many people choose dogs to be their companions; just look at the puppy eyes, mischievous faces, and wiggly tails on these critters. But even if a person can’t adopt one, looking at their pictures alone can have a positive effect on their well-being.
Researchers have found that looking at cute dog pics for at least five minutes can positively affect an individual’s sense of well-being, as well as help them gather their focus. (Here’s your excuse if a boss ever catches you scrolling away through pictures shared by ‘We Rate Dogs’ during work hours.)

If this list of adorable doggos (all 15/10 if you ask me) was not enough for you to regain focus, we have plenty more in store for you. You can find Bored Panda’s previous editions on ‘We Rate Dogs’ dating as far back as 2016, as well as a few more recent ones, from 2021 and 2022, for instance. Continue scrolling through the heartwarming lists and consider this a reminder to support a local charity or an animal shelter, if you have the means to.
Aww I was wondering when Cerberus was going to visit the living world, but who let him out? He's kinda important to Hades, no?
Oh my .. and I thought my 110 lb rottie/lab was too big for a lapdog .. this is a gorgeous giant!!!
Hah! I love Newfies. The first time I met one, I froze in absolute shock that something could be so massive. I swear that dog knew. He laid down and rested his gigantic chin on my foot. Apparently that's how he greeted new people. lol
That would squash me... it's taller and heavier than me! But it'd be so worth it
Whaddya mean not a lapdog? Your lap is just too small. He's a perfect lapdog

Is Cocoa related to "Tow-mater" the character from cars - their chuckle sounds the same....kind of like Goofy....
I saw Fidele, back when. Placid. quiet, with an amazing amount of self awareness. RIP
My thoughts exactly. Adding to that - why are they rating a tree? Don't they just do dogs?

This is supposed to be an uplifting article full of cuteness. Stop with the negative comments and snarky know-it-all attitude and just be quiet if you can't say anything nice.
