In my opinion (and that of every dental veterinary specialist I have ever talked to) giving your dogs bones and hard chews are dangerous for their teeth. If the bones are small enough they can chew off pieces and get them stuck in their intestinal tracts (I had to remove a large ham bone from a 110 lb mastiff cross under partial anesthesia because the bone was right over the vocal cord area and the dog could not be intubated due to the pressure: he did fine btw) or break their teeth. I never give my dogs bones and they get almost anything else I eat (in small portions and avoiding fats and such: they don't like bananas very much for scale). Most dental specialists will recommend not giving your dog something you can't bend or make an indentation with your fingernail into or hit your leg with the treat and not hurt yourself. Yes, in the wild wolves and hyenas and such eat bones...but a maltese mix is not a wolf. Fixing a broken carnaissal tooth requires a root canal or extraction.

The dog they sent you is kinda small. Did you check the dimensions?

Peel and slice them up and throw them in the freezer. They freeze really well. Perfect for when you're in the mood for a smoothie or want to make banana bread on your schedule. Also, banana bread freezes really well, too, if you wanted to make a bunch and not freeze the bananas themselves.

Ordered 12 sodas from a novelty shop online. Received a notice of three tracking labels, which seemed odd. My wife brought in a box and said "It's heavy. There are two more." They sent me 12 CASES! I called the company and got return labels and shipped them back. Additional info: They offered to let me keep a case, but I only wanted what I paid for and return shipping was going to cost them already. They sent me the individual bottles before I could ship the cases back - I joked I could have kept it all! (I didn't because karma and doing the right thing was inconvenient, not difficult.)
