"Law enforcement" and "sense of humor" are five words that you don't often see together, but as you can see from this collection of Facebook posts recently shared by an Imgur user named MrTatems, Australia's New South Wales police force is so funny that they should be locked up for making us laugh so hard. Their official Facebook page is full of witty, sarcastic, and downright hilarious posts that you certainly wouldn't expect to find on a police profile, from dogs getting arrested for being drunk, to calculating the amount of money Australians have lost due to scams in packs of chicken nuggets. See below for some of our favorites, and don't forget to vote for the best. You'll never think about the police in the same way again.

I was having a great time on these posts until now, and now I'm just dejected. :c In order, from top to bottom: 1. The statement of the integral test (though with a Karp reduction symbol rather than a usual greater than) 2. A computation of an alternating series (and more specifically, it's the Leibniz formula for pi) 3. A statement of the fundamental theorem of calculus 4. The definition of a derivative 5. The property of complex conjugates distributing over division 6. The definition of Euclidean distance in two dimensions 7. Two matrices being multiplied with no apparent reason for the choice, except maybe to point out some properties of the determinant These are learned from calculus, some basic matrix arithmetic, and a little knowledge of complex analysis (imaginary numbers). There is no deep meaning here. They only picked these to say that "math is hard". Please, PLEASE stop perpetuating this attitude. I can explain these concepts to anyone.
This is the process on searching for the result of an equation implying the sum (from 1 to k) of 1/n, also called harmonic series. It's used in many mechanical systems like engines, structural systems and anything that induces vibrations. You can learn more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonic_series_(mathematics)

Wow! How in the heck were they able to drive with tyres like that?
Why don't cops pull people over for driving under the speed limit? It causes road rage and is more dangerous than speeding. It's illegal too
These posts describe all those idiot idiot drivers who sit there complaining about why they're being fined, here in Australia. Especially the revenue raising one. I knew one guy going on about how it's c**p that we get fined for going a few kms over the limit; and that cops don't focus on other things. Don't speed! Gosh! Props to the NSW Police
Whoa! I just realised I wrote idiot twice. Sorry, guys!
