This is a Martiodrilus Crassus from the foothills of Sumaco volcano in Ecuador. Australia does have extremely long earthworms, which make fluid sounds when they move.

David Attenborough talked about this. It's so rare and endangered that we didn't even get to see it - only to hear it gurgling in its underground tunnel. This is actually understandable. When you're in the shower and someone has to use the bathroom. Especially when it's a poo. It is really unpleasant to be in a hot and humid environment when the stinch of feces is in the air. Like being in a šħîț sauna! This prevents those situations. Well done to whomever thought of this! Not sure if it was done to avoid the şħîț sauna I mentioned earlier. But whatever their reason, it was a good one. :-)
