Steffen Kraft is a German graphic designer and illustrator who previously worked in an advertising agency but did not find it fulfilling. In an interview with Bored Panda, he explained that he values creating illustrations that convey a message rather than just producing momentary images that people have already seen before.

Jesus, once I was talking to a schizophrenic and in the middle of the conversation he told me he sometimes felt like his veins were roads and his cells were cars and buses and I always wanted to turn this into art, the first one is the closest I've ever seen, so thank you for that!
