With all the puns intended, dank memes, and surreal jokes surfing around these past few months, it’s fair to say corona jokes are a kind of humor in their own league.
And if you think of the virus as an invisible and inanimate target, it surely deserves some mockery. Baby boomers and Gen Z-ers gravitate towards relatable and observational humor, like “Anyone else starting to get a tan from the light in your refrigerator?” Many corona jokes give a sense of absurdity in the misery by assuring us that "we’re all in this together." And honestly, this is all we need.
So let’s dive deep into the best corona comedy bits and skits this week compiled by Bored Panda. These are just as good, if not better, than when this whole punapocalypse began. And if you just now joined the bandwagon, be sure to check out part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8, and part 9.

Meanwhile, in S. Korea, amongst the daily warning notifications regarding the coronavirus, once I received one that said if I ever got discriminated by a government official for being an immigrant, to not hesitate to report them. I think that's pretty nice of them. I feel like this country does care after all. It feels reassuring.
Corona humor has been lifting up our spirits online for the past few months. But that doesn’t mean that all quarantine-related jokes are equally fun and harmless. From what we’ve seen in recent examples, cracking corona jokes live can backfire big time.
And Ellen DeGeneres knows this first-hand. The 62-year-old comedian, who hosted her show from home like many others, upset many fans by comparing her quarantine time to being in jail.
During her opening monologue, the star joked: “This is like being in jail is what it is.” She continued: “Mostly because I’ve been wearing the same clothes for 10 days and everyone in here is gay!” She soon received a lot of critique.
Cheers for Contingency Fee. Most law firms don’t have the decency to call their clients out, they’ll just take their money.
Another corona humor faux pas came from the K-pop star Kim Jaejoong, who announced on his Instagram account that he was in hospital after contracting COVID-19. He soon admitted it was an April Fool’s joke gone wrong and apologized. The BBC reports that Kim has a long history of pranking fans. He previously pretended to faint during a concert and announced a false marriage as part of his April Fool’s jokes.
You HOPE it’s holy water, could be toilet water for all you know lol.
I once got disciplined at work for telling a person to back away from my personal space. It’s interesting , the person with the loudest voice and the most stupid crazy gets their way. I’ll take high energy crazy and fun (respectful) crazy any day.
I was told that if you're wearing a mask and the other person is not wearing a mask there is a 70% chance you could still get the virus (if either one has it) then I was told if both people are wearing masks then it's like less then 5% chance you can get the virus.. ionno if that's correct or not but if so, those are some scary odds for those of us that do wear masks because I hardly see anyone else wearing a mask when I go out in public.
Is it too much to hope that a security guard came up? I stopped going to a local deli when I walked in and saw the manager with his mask pulled down 2 feet from the another guy behind the counter. Added bonus the guy slicing the cold cuts had his mask covering his mouth but not his nose.
Every damn day. And now we're down three employees, including myself.
We also have screens on our counter tops. Between us - the sales people - and the customer. Some stand next to it because they REALLY believe that the sound of their voices can't travel through the screen. It's plastic. or they do what this guy does. The struggle is real.
I totally approve of the barriers and the guy in this picture is an a*****e. However, as someone who is hard of hearing I can tell you it is truly harder to hear behind the screen then off to the side. Scientifically speaking sound waves ARE affected by physical barriers.... get a clue.

Judging by the Cashiers face & body language I think she's pondering banging her face down in frustration or his in stupidity.
But this is it in a nutshell. No empathy by lack of knowledge. Tomi pretends to be very knowledgable, but if you listen it's just rapid repetitions of the same words in a different order. She has perfected her shouting matches. And while sometimes there seems to be some actual logic in her reasoning, by the time you come to her conclusion you understand she knows nothing and is nothing more than an obnoxious self-overrated idiot that totally acts on her own fear of losing her privilege. She needs to sit down and shut up if she wants any economy to b***h about in her lifetime. And this goes for a lot of people. Far beyond their whines about corona.
No. China, or Obamagate, unless he thinks of something else obscure.
Honestly, everyone knew that already before Covid, but was scared to openly talk about it.
Yep, I definitely see this happening. The US seem to be the most blaśe about it.
My wife teaches geometry (and math) at a high school and she told me she feels insulted by the outright stupid term "Sacred Geometry".
There is enough juice to squirt you in the eye for an extra f**k you.
Irresponsible people are giving the Grim Reaper plenty of work. Sadly, he isn't reaping just the nincompoops who protest lockdowns.
We can't fund the World Health Organization, but we can spend oodles on jejune moral support.
Yes My cat..which isn't even technically my cat, is known as the office secretary.
Costumers can be really dumb, sandwiches don't need to be social distanced, they don't have covid and can't spread it
Quarantine is over in Greece and I terribly miss having a legit excuse not to leave the house and socialize :/
Maybe instead of spending all your money hoarding toilet roll like a greedy person (who probably hoped to sell it online for ridiculous amounts during the frenzy) you should have been responsible with your purchases so you could afford to feed your family. Though I don’t believe for a minute she actually has no money to buy food.
That’s me, until I realise I am the one who ate all the quarantine snacks.
I saw this somewhere and it said that cat LOVE to sit in any closed shape
Too right. Being alone with my thoughts is hazardous to my health. So grateful that there are books!
Do you know the difference between a Buffalo and a Bison? You can't wash your hands in a buffalo.
This seems to be the a major trend among Americans...convenence over money.
There's a running joke about all the sports action being at bird feeders. A fight breaks out, and the score is Blue Jays 3, Orioles 2.
Yeah, I'ma wait it out. What did they say --- 2 weeks for symptoms to show?
There is a better version https://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/coronavirus/video-2166390/Video-Woman-left-hysterics-sock-face-mask-goes-wrong.html
Exactly how I feel! But like a responsible citizen I am waiting to get my hair cut.
Oh, i hope not. If it's the season finale they'll have to up the stakes next season.
So much this! I had my shopping list on my phone and every time I tried to look at it, my phone was like, WTF?
Either way, the kid shouldn't be shamed. You only say that now because you actually HAVE to do work.
I have been an exam proctor at a university several times, and we specifically check if the students have a second monitor (we make them share their screen and show us their Display settings). If they do, we direct them to disable it. We also check for any remote desktop applications, of course, which must be immediately uninstalled, if found. Failure to comply = failed test, no excuses!
We need humor like this to get us through these dark times. If not for a warped sense of humor, a lot of us would have gone totally nuts by now.
I often go on walks outside my house and see clouds of middle and high schoolers riding their bikes together. Also, I have seen several parties. This is REALLY annoying and I just want to strangle their non-social-distancing throats.
And of course there's that one idiot screaming about "obamagate" like it's a real thing instead of made up b******t being peddled by right-wing conspiracy morons. I really have no hope for humanity.
Have hope Kate. As long as there's one good person left there's hope. Good people are actually in the majority, albeit a small one. Hang in.
Load More Replies...Well folks, we just gotta do what's right, even though so many people don't understand what is going on right now, nor their role in any of this. Masks are a must, and social distancing is the new culture.
Like Boring old farts these Corona jokes are really starting suck the oxygen out ... of any room. How can one individually vote down the outstandingly boring witless ones?
This whole covid thing is like when you're in class, and the teacher says "if you keep talking, I'm removing minutes off of recess." And mostly everyone's quiet, but then there's this 5 people who ignore her and keep talking. Of course everyone else is angry as hell. If protesters keep protesting, we're losing all our minutes of recess
Have you noticed how much darker Covid 19 posts are getting? Nobody is laughing about it now...
All joking aside, we don't know how much longer this virus is going to be around. All we can do is protect ourselves, stay safe, and stay calm. If we would just work together as a society, things would be easier. So with that, I wish you and your family well, stay safe, and I am going to be praying for you and I hope that you will do the same for me.
Right now, the serious problem humanity is facing is COVID19. "We should stay alive and not catch this virus" shouldn't be a politically divisive statement, and isn't a politically divisive statement in any civilized country.
Load More Replies...Why does everything have to become a liberal bashing comment? Can't you just say "I didn't like the jokes." and that be the end of it. Not everything is about politics.
