My girlfriend does this a lot. I end up answering her and she just replies "nobody is talking to you, talking to myself. mind your own business." LOL

Cupboard doors need to be closed when not in use. It's not that I won't necessarily be able to sleep, it's just why would they be open?

I have to stop the microwave 1 second before it stops so it wont do the annoying beeps at the end

Yep, when i see anything, i always try to find the pattern. Like do all the buttons pressed in an elevator fit Fibonacci, all prime, their summation a pattern etc.

Ever since I was a kid I've been reading license plates on passing cars. My 5yo has recently started to ask us about each and every foreign licence plate we encounter on the road (where's this one from?) so I guess it is hereditary...

I always write down every license plate that I see an see how many plates ill see in a 1 hr time span

Yes, i do this with certain words or phone numbers, just constantly spell them out in my head, or go through the alphabet constantly, it's weird, i'm glad i'm not the only one.

Both my kids do this, they go through fazes where every so often they will sleep a couple of weeks on the floor.
