Naturally, we're not used to seeing these people when they were young adults, but it only makes us even more curious, because, well, haven't you ever wondered what Morgan Freeman looked like in his twenties? He cropped up in something a few weeks ago talking about having had somebody buy him a car in i think 1966. I was surprised he was around, think the story had him acting onstage at the time too.

He has alopecia areata which can come and go, so I think he keeps it shaved to keep the hair changes less obvious .

Stewart was on the Graham Norton Show with Ian McKellen in the last year or two, and a photo was shown of him at the beach. At 78 his physique is still ripped, and he claims he doesn't work out.

I saw one of his old Shakespeare performances during a college class on Greek mythology (while he still had hair), and partway through I yelled "PATRICK STEWART!" :p Nobody even minded the outburst, they all were like "oh, holy c**p, it IS him!"

When I, Claudius first aired on PBS, it was shortly after Star Trek the Next Generation had begun. About episode 7 or thereabouts, I spotted Patrick Stewart playing the Centurion guard Sejanus. I was SHOCKED to see he had hair!

I went to a movie premiere back in 1995 in NYC, I forget the picture now. He arrived with his wife and son, and my god. Photographs didn't do him justice. He was an absolutely beautiful man. He may photograph weird, but he was so hot in person, I did a double take. And his wife looked at us all gawping at her man like the cat who'd gotten the cream.

We just watched One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest and apart from a young Jack Nicholson, a 28 year old Danny Devito was in it, too, and it just seemed so wrong lol

I feel like SOME of these folks we haven't seen much of young, yes, but many of them have been in movies forever. Sometimes I get very annoyed at how "young focused" Bored Panda is, like y'all think no one over 35 comes to your site. There are plenty of us "old farts", as Jo Choto said, here. Keep that in mind, BP. Don't slip over into ageism.
