I make one of the most popular mirror glazed mousse cakes. It takes three days to make one mousse cake due to very unique and rare techniques used to produce them. They are made of natural ingredients, real cream, milk, fruits and berries, premium chocolates and top-class biscuits. It is all made from scratch. If it is made correctly and covered with mirror glaze, which is also based on chocolate, then you can even see your reflection in the cake.
I also teach how to make mousse cakes, mirror glaze and much more of my recipes and techniques. My master-class videos include entry level (no experience required) as well as advanced levels, and you can find everything at my website.

This reminds me of the sculpture that is up to the individual's interpretation... so many ways to view it and so many ways to love it.
Looks like a ball of mercury on top of a piece of marble... oh my <3
reminds me of the deep ocean and a silver ball floating on top love it
This doesn't even look real. I bet these taste really good but if I ever got one I probably wouldn't be able to eat it because it is so beautiful. These should be on display at a museum!
The stratus present from the Micro patterns in erosion we see in stone and sand, etc.. to the Macro Stellar! I love the "Fibonacci" of this!
If there is one color that is absolutely perfect--for me--this is it!
Thank God you don't use anything that even approaches "normal" frosting decorations. Perhaps a next step would be for a break from the traditional round and square cake shape. Can you bake more 'sculptural" shapes?? Are all decorations edible? Special way you make then so??
Hello, Amazing work... I have shared the pics in my facebook page tagging your page and website. Hope you don't mind.
I just ate a large lunch but the more of these I look at the hungrier I get.
These irregular, fractured effects are so hard to get in paint, and here you've done it in frosting! Incredible, Ksenia! Thank you so much for sharing with us.
It reminds me more of something splashing in the water.
Load More Replies...I think they're the same cake, just airbrushed instead of glazed.
Load More Replies...looks like waves when they come in and hit the beach then slowly go away the colors are awesome
Oooh I love meringues! And caramel, and the pattern looks like it is made from caramel. So this one is my absolute favorite. I would really love to taste it to find out if it tastes as good as it looks :))
Generally I find red, white and blue comforting. I think it's perfect!
I recommend putting less of the spirals around the fruit. The cake and its decorations are pretty but all of those red and white spirals make i kind of overwhelming. Also, I would not use red. The cake and its decorations are all blue and white, the red just doesn't fit.
Why are some of the best ones in the back? These are amazing!!
I don't mean to sound too cynical, but until I see one of these cut open, it's just a well enameled piece of wood or styrofoam. What cake?
These appear to have no imperfections at all. They are perfectly shaped.
These, like the rest of your creations, look spectacular but due to the color (which resembles flesh to me) I would probably not eat this one.
Ksenia Penkina you put mousse cakes on a whole new level. I looked at ALL 85 photos. I loved them.
I didn't look through all of them, but was hoping to see one cut open, so we could se the icing application in profile, and also admire the yummy contents! If there's not a photo like this yet, I'd love to see one!
Check her out on Instagram. She has videos of making and cutting the cakes.
Load More Replies...I love these! My nickname is Mousse so these are perfect for my friends and I!
Where is the cake? I need to *SEE* the cake. Would have loved to have seen at least 1 picture of one cut open.
