This can actually be counterproductive to your happiness plan. Ever heard of "maladaptive daydreaming"? I'd rather say this: daydream, see what steps you can do to make the dream come even close to true, set your plans, do it. Repeat.

How do people do this? I don't drink more than one glass of water a day. (but I do drink other things) Does these 2 liters have to be water or can it be anything?
But too much water (3L per day or so?) also makes you sick. It thins your body fluid or something. I've read a case of child abuse (Münchausen syndrome by proxy) -- the mother forced her child to drink a lot of water and other unhealthy thing, made them sick, then pretended she was a good mother who looked after her children with difficult disease (created by herself).
Indeed, it could kill you, but the amount of water you've got to drink is way much more than 3L per day, it's actually pretty closer to 8, 10L. It changes the brain polarity of something like that.

What they mean: Given enough time, a person can recover from most events in their lives if they so choose to. How people seem to take it: Time will heal it for you, you don't have to work towards feeling better. Time to start living like an adult people, not everyone should be made to bend and twist words to fit every specific scenario.
I love the one that says "sit in silence for 10 minutes a day" because it will truly change someones day! I think it's important to take time to sit and get away from social media especially!
These are a good try, but most of them, if not all, are addressed to "normal" people, who are already happy and healthy. Many anxious, depressed, and sufferers from some other mental condition negatively affecting self-esteem will only feel guiltier after reading some of these messages. In the end, maybe the only truly valid picture is the one about not overdoing it. Since happiness seems to be about some kind of rational balance of a little bit of everything.
