Not really. Dolphins are highly specialised chase predators with sharp teeth to spear through the flesh of fish. Badgers' diets are about 80% earthworms. Although they do eat vertebrates it's mostly stuff like frogs, baby birds etc.

We once had an old alligator in the creek at the rear of our neighborhood who had LOST HIS LOWER JAW and lived for another year plus. Wildlife Management said he'd be fine and no reason to k**l him outright as he wasn't a danger to anyone. He'd just sit on the side of the creek and watch the old people in golf carts drive by. A few years ago, I prepared food for my niece's wedding party so there was food for when they were all getting ready. We had two serving times, the first with breakfast type items and the second with heavier foods. We invited the photographers and makeup folks to eat whatever and whenever they wanted to; all seemed surprised and grateful. It's been proven that plant protein is of lower quality and digestibility than animal protein. This does not mean that eating meat is by definition the right choice - it means the power's in balancing your diet between plant and animal products. Fruit contains very little nutrition, besides vitamins, fiber and sugars (and water). You need more.

I don't know whether it's an official medical/psychological term, but "orthorexia" describes a compulsion to eat "right" or "healthy". Unfortunately, what a person considers a healthy diet isn't always actually healthy. I can't stand influencers, but this is indeed quite sad.

I've switched to a quasi-vegetarian diet (includes cheese, fish/seafood) due to cholesterol. I have to keep track of what I'm eating in order to maintain proper nutrition because cütting out meat needed to be replaced from other, healthier, sources. But I curious about something. If she was an influencer, she must've had an impressive number of followers. Had those followers been horrified by what they were seeing and stopped following her, she might still be alive. Doesn't say much about the character of her viewers who remained engaged till the end.

She survived eating only durian, jackfruit, sprouts and sunflower seeds, and for a long time had a severe lack of important nutrients to the point that she was hospitalized multiple times, and even escaped the hospital. The diet left her with swollen lymphonodes, heart arythmia and generally severe debilitation, that she interpreted as being "healthy", being affected by a psychological eating disorder known as Orthorexia. What's worse is that she made money through influencer BS and sold her "diets" to gullible people, leading to more people harming themselves.

In reply/add to someone elses reply? The Licensing laws vary in the UK. Generally it's... Scotland - 10am to 10pm Mon to Sat, Sunday is from 12pm to 10pm. I'm not sure about England. But? In Scotland there are places that are exempt. The major train station near me you can get a pint at 8am. I'd been in hospital overnight, got hit by a cyclist at around 9pm the night before coming home from work. Spent the night at A&E waiting to have X-rays etc, arm put in plaster for my scaphoid bone. Then thought "Bugger it!!!" and had a pint on the way home at 8.30am... The barman was the first to sign my cast! 😄

I can well understand it if you are living in the US right now. Same benefits (none) same level of health service (minimal), same despots living in the castles (self explanatory). Same level of housing. Probably the same level of homelessness. Actually, probably less amount of homeless then, AND the list goes on. Very occasionally, as in I'd already worked 6days that week on the busiest shifts, having already covered for others? My phone shows the first line of the text message... So I'd see the "Can you work tonight?" aaand... I'd ignore it then reply the next morning with "I only got your text at 11pm, phone was on silent. Apologies, hope it all worked out". That place was toxic though and after, a few months after, I found out exactly why it had a high turnover rate of staff.

So? Sure, she could have refused the tip or told him straight away that she has a boyfriend. But HE could leave people doing their job in peace or not try to buy a woman. There's professionals for the latter.
