As with any skill, mastering Photoshop might take a bit of time. And lots of patience. Even though it is fairly beginner-friendly, there are plenty of features to get acquainted with before you start editing. PS boasts around 70 different tools, and once you get the hang of at least the main ones, there’s no way but up from there.

Seen many babies, never seen nails like these - the shape of the nail bed is unusual for a baby, but what's really off is how they look so sunken in to the skin around them. Baby's nails are usually closer to the level of the skin. It's good work, but it's definitely Photoshop.

Not very long. They are wrapped around the thumb of a regular sized woman. My child had long finger’s when she was born. They are ridiculously long now. I call them witch fingers and she says I have tiny monkey hands. We love each other more than anything.

Hahaha, all i can think about are those massive shop ventilation fans, with the real brand name "big a*s fans". When I first had to order one for a jobsite I felt inappropriate stating so in the workplace. Even though they're the best in the business. They don't look like this. But that airflow just had me giggling about big a*s fans again. Ahh construction terns. Whether erecting shafts, laying pipe with a female coupler, or any other typical daily job activity, I still giggle inside despite being a middle aged professional. Lol
