My elderly neighbour, innocent sweet man, saw a girl running with weights in her hand, he thought it was a brilliant idea. He didnt have weights so he picked up two stones and started to run after her. That poor girl was terrified. He didnt understand what he did wrong until we told him. Bless his heart but i felt really bad for that poor girl.

This is user error. I have a great photo of my horse and me, but I can't put it on a canvas because the top of my horse's head is very near the top of the picture and it would wrap onto the top of the canvas. You just need to be aware of these things when ordering. Also, surely they saw a preview?

After weeks of calling customer service to actually get what I've already paid for, I finally got a knock on my door. Delivery!!! Finally!!! New microwave!!! Weeeeee. Not. I signed, got the parcel inside, and discovered the microwave was now a gaming chair, a low quality one too. So I called customer service. After keeping me on hold for an eternity, they said they'll let me know in a week (or two) if they'll pick it back up and deliver the item I actually bought.... IF!!!

I Ordered A Light From Amazon. They Sent Me Someone's Shirt Return Inside The Box For The Light
It even had the paper insert the person used to describe the shirt. I guess Amazon didn't even look inside the box when processing the return. I ordered a new item, not a warehouse deal. Recently they sent me another returned item without original packaging when I ordered new, but at least it was the correct item that time.

This is the problem with 1-800-flowers. They show you the "deluxe" version, and when you order they let you pick between three versions, with "deluxe" being the most expensive. So if you pick a smaller version it can look really skimpy like this.

It is from a Kuromi advent calendar from Amazon. The other stuff has been fine, so far (little figures, hair accessories etc) but wtf is this. It's some fluff and tape. At first, I thought maybe a day later, at least, there will be a small diy finger puppet or something in it that would explain whatever this is, but nothing yet.
Weirdest thing about it is that I went on Amazon to my past orders because I was curious if other people maybe left a review and mentioned something about it and my order history is now showing a completely different calendar that I have never seen before and definitely didn't order. Can't find the calendar I have anywhere.

These are ordered from Nordina Home. I opened a case and they confirmed these “are the walnut ones”. They also quoted their site about how “individual items may vary”. I ordered 12. They did give me a 20% discount because of the mismatch though. I’m almost certain they’re just shipping out their less popular colors knowing it’s better to lose a percentage than to write them off completely.

Scammed Of $2k On Amazon
My husband recently purchased a large construction tool on Amazon or $2,000. We both had a feeling it was fake because it had no reviews and was $1K off the original price. But he bought it anyway to see what would happened (assuming Amazon would reimburse us if it was a scam).
This is what we got in the mail has anyone else seen this scam on Amazon?
Note that the pamphlet states that the item will come in a separate package. We know it won’t and my guess is that the scammer hopes people will just wait until the 30 day return lapses and never get the “second” shipment.

This is why I don't use temu, amazon, wish or any other crappy sites (looking at you FB marketplace). If I need electronics or anything expensive I will order online from reputable stores (Argos is brilliant for mobiles, TVs and laptops). I concede that ordering online is easier, and I do use eBay alot...but nothing too high value and I've never had an issue with getting my money back if something doesn't show up.

I once ordered a mug from Amazon. Came in one of their white plastic bags. No bubble wrap or anything. It was in about 5 pieces. They said they'd send another, which they did, still in a white plastic bags, but with one layer of bubble wrap. It did arrive in one piece. Surprise! Another time I ordered some bubble bath, which I had ordered numerous times before. It game in one of their white plastic bag (okay, whatever) and the bag was full of fish oil. Took forever to get if off the bubble bath cannister. I mean, WTF? Who does that??

I have one word for all of you: RETURN. If we all do it every time they try to scam us, They will see it doesn't work. I buy from TEMU, and I look carefully. My experience has been about 85% satisfactory.

I'm in the UK and I use AliExpress a *lot*, I rarely have any problem, I've had more problems with UK sellers on eBay. Just read the damn details, look at every picture - if you're not sure don't order it. If there are no dimensions given then I don't go near it, I took the plunge and ordered shoes from AliExpress - no problem. The illusion prints on shirts are evident if you really look at the pictures. If you can't be bothered to spend two minutes checking the details then you deserve what you get.

I’ve been using Amazon for 20 years. The worst that’s ever happened is they sent me 20kg of Chinchilla food instead of Go Cat. They refunded me and let me keep the item. I fed it to the squirrels. I have a small business selling period products; Temu have been brilliant and I get so many compliments on the quality of my products.
