when I was younger, it was Christmas morning and I started calling random numbers and wishing them happy birthday. A few hours later, one of the numbers I called texted me and said that I saved his life. He had a noose ready and everything. But my message made him happy and he is still alive and I am still in contact with him.

I don't get it, how can this happen? It's not the 80s where you had to dial the number everytime you wanted to reach out. Why aren't those numbers in the phones memory, I guess IF you have contact with your mom, dad,. ... etc they should be stored on the phone and always get you to the right person? Please, someone enlighten me, I just can't believe that all those ppl run around with throwaway phones/numbers.
