when I was younger, it was Christmas morning and I started calling random numbers and wishing them happy birthday. A few hours later, one of the numbers I called texted me and said that I saved his life. He had a noose ready and everything. Not just health care. All 'essential' workers. We were briefly given lip service as 'heroes', and maybe a small pay raise... which was promptly returned back to poverty level income as soon as the emergency was declared over. We're still just as essential, but we're treated like slave labor. So... remember to thank your nurses, your fast food workers, your cashiers, your warehouse workers. The people who actually DO THE WORK.

Why aren't those numbers in the phones memory, I guess IF you have contact with your mom, dad,. ... etc they should be stored on the phone and always get you to the right person?
