I tried this once too... It was an emotional rollercoaster. I finally had some chips and salsa at a party, and it was the happiest I think I'd been as an adult for a while 😂

I actually love a good quinoa salad that's bursting with flavor and has a handful of ingredients! My favorite is the one with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, avocado and dressing!
