No matter how successful, cool or elegant we are, we all have our days or brief moments when our common sense and dignity bid their farewell to us. Blame it on your brain having a fart, on Mercury in retrograde, on waking up on the wrong foot, it doesn’t change anything.

Sometimes we are all clueless, hilariously naive, and shamelessly embarrassing. So if you just did or said something stupid, we want to give you a big pat on the shoulder and tell you that you are not alone.

Below we wrapped up the list of images featuring people lost in the cloud of their brain farts, so scroll down. Also, be sure to check out more clueless people caught in action in Bored Panda’s previous features here and here.

I have never seen public gender neutral bathroom with urinals, only stalls.. sure at work in some of our offices we have had bathrooms with one stall and one urinal, but the door can be locked if needed.

same. I was at a ball game in Baltimore and two girls game in to pee. no one bothered them and I it looked like most of us were more concerned making sure no one bothered them. I would not believe the same reaction would have happened in the girls rest room.

I've seen this a few times, and I'm not sure I believe it's real. How could man #1 use the bathroom in front of her while she was washing her hands? Are there gender-neutral bathrooms with urinals right by the sinks? How could man #2 "see" her in there without going in? Is there a glass door? It sounds like someone trying to make parody about oversensitive feminists or unisex bathrooms.

There are many places that have urinals within eyesight of the hand washing station. And perhaps man #2 walked into the bathroom, saw the woman, and walked back outside to wait.

USUALLY, gender-neutral bathrooms are for one at a time. At least where I live. It strikes me odd that she would unlock the door while she was still washing her hands, but very odd that someone came in on her, and proceeded to do his business while she was still there, especially if it was an opposite-gender person.

There's plenty of gender-neutral bathrooms that have multiple stalls and 1 shared space where you can wash your hands. I'm assuming she meant she was in the handwashing space and not in a stall.

Not sure if I could use a gender neutral bathroom. I would like to think I wouldn't care. I've seen men pee before no big deal. Yet, how did she know the second man waited out of respect for her. He could be a shy dude not wanting to pee in the presence of some gal he don't know.

The gender neutral bathrooms I have used have almost always been one person only. I did use one once that had multiple stalls. There were no urinals. The stalls had doors that completely met the floor. So we all used the toilet in perfect privacy. I did not think about it until to my surprise I realized I was washing my hands at a sink next to a man. I don't think washing ones hands is very private.

Sweetheart, in a "gender neutral" bathroom the behavior of Man #1 was far more what you should have expected than that of Man #2. Man #1 treated you as an equal (gender neutral) and Man #2 acted like a stereotypical "gentleman" and treated you like a "lady." People like you really need to think about what you want. "Gender neutral" means just what it says: you should expect to see just about anyone in there.

A. Answer to post was genius. B. OP chose to use said bathroom. C. Stalls or no stalls, facilities should be provided for all. Some people prefer urinals. But may have been a “Male” bathroom reappropriated to GN. D. As a female, and natal-woman, if I’m desperate and there’s a long queue for the ladies, I will pee in the gents. They don’t bat an eye.

I see one with an unlimited ability to think and one with a contained process unable to escape the loop of a program of me, myself, and I. One need only ask who chose to use a gender-neutral bathroom with no lock on the door. Let that be a lesson for your life. Oh, also, as you see, all men are not rapists and do not take opportunities when they present themselves, as you may have been told.

I have only tried using a gender free bathroom once. I just felt really weird standing in line behind men and women I just decided to hold it in and wait until I got home hence it was an early night out that's for sure. Whilst I understand the philosophy about gender neutral bathrooms to me it's like losing just a bit more security. Maybe it's an age thing as I am in my 60's but I just refuse to use them when in a professional establishment.

What gets me about gendered restrooms is that it only matters if you're *using* the restrooms. As a female employee at a fast food joint, I was expected to clean the men's room. I asked that a male employee do that. I was told that all the male employees were cooks and I should just knock on the door first. I did and walked in on a elderly, hard of hearing gentleman in the middle of relieving himself. Thankfully, he was at the urinal right next to the sink, which blocked my view of anything below the belt. I have to imagine that was almost as uncomfortable for him as it was for me.

Just cause the bathroom has a boy and girl pic on it doesn't mean that both sexes should use it at the same time. It means that they only have 1 bathroom for both sexes. Man 1 should have waited like Man 2 like anyone else would. It doesn't say if it was a single bathroom use or multiple stalls. Either way, Man1 shouldn't assume that she would not mind if he went ahead and used it. So, Man1 DID NOT respect the woman. This world just dont care anymore and want us to normalize the gender c**p!

The gender neutral bathrooms that I have used were all one room with a lock on the door that any gender could use. I have yet to see a bathroom where both men and women use it at the same time. Speaking as someone who was once followed into a ladies bathroom by a male pervert who attempted to crawl into the stall I was using, I would not feel safe.

While we can’t tell the reason that made these people act they way they did as seen in the images shared in this post, we can all agree on the obvious: it’s that humans are sometimes bold and unreasonable.

Luckily, the internet is a perfect place to celebrate these funny occasions. Just like the miscellaneous corner of Reddit known as the “What Could Go Wrong” community, which has been demonstrating examples of “what not to do” since 2013.

But bold actions we all sometimes do without thinking twice about them may have to do with our lack of sense of actions and consequences. This may be deliberate or not, since some people struggle to control their impulsivity.

Another reason may be the fact that we live in the age of instant gratification. From social media to online shopping, the ability to get what we want with the click of a button has eliminated the need for long-term planning and consideration of the potential consequences of our actions.

Our culture has become one of immediacy, where people are more concerned with the short-term gratification of their desires than with the long-term consequences.

King James Bible - Mark 16:13-15. 'And THEY went and told it unto the residue: neither believed THEY THEM. Afterward HE appeared unto the eleven as THEY sat at meat, and upbraided THEM with THEIR unbelief and hardness of heart, because THEY believed not THEM which had seen HIM after HE was risen. And HE said unto THEM, go ye out into the world...'!

Clueless Karen

Clueless Karen

I do want to specify that the employee knew English. He was trying his best to get his message across. It’s just that he spoke in broken English, which the woman couldn’t understand. But everyone else in the vicinity, including myself, could.

Conversely, i know of a lady who, on whirlwind tour of Europe and stressed by language difficulties, one day finding herself in a large seemingly-public building called out 'DOES ANYONE HERE SPEAK ENGLISH?'. After a stunned silence, a well-modulated voice replied 'madam, this IS the Bank of England'.

I cannot believe this. 2 in 1. First, the confusion between two completely non related cultures/ nations. But then, even then...what's the point ? What does he want to prove ? Like black people in US' lower living standards but hey there's Beyonce and Jay-Z ...Explain this

You would think r/NewsWithJingjing is a troll subreddit, but you would be wrong. It's a cesspool blending different types of nazi supporters, where -for some weird combination of factors- russian and chinese nationalists regularly come to agree on the stupidest, most idiotic talking points from regime propaganda.

Digestives are a type of biscuit in the UK for those wondering. They do, tbf, look very similar to these coasters. They're a plain wheat biscuit that you dunk in your tea, you can get chocolate covered ones too!
